U.S. Open Champions Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams Were Also The Most-Talked-About On Facebook

Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams walked away from the 2013 U.S. Open Tennis Championships with the trophies for their respective genders, but which other players nailed winners on Facebook?

Facebook Consumer Content Associate Mandy Zibart and Data Editor Robert D’Onofrio named the top five men’s and women’s players in terms of people talking about this and shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the tournament.

The top five men’s players, by PTAT:

  2. Novak Djokovic
  3. Roger Federer
  4. Stanislas Wawrinka
  5. Andy Murray

The top five women, by PTAT:

  1. Williams
  2. Li Na
  3. Victoria Azarenka
  4. Jelena Jankovic
  5. Maria Sharapova
