Social marketing solutions provider SocialCode reached into Facebook’s executive ranks for its latest hire, tapping Bill Masterson, a former sales director for the social network, as its new chief revenue officer.
While with Facebook, Masterson led a sales team that created custom social experience for Fortune 100 brands. Prior to the social network, he served as vice president of sales at Clickable, and he led direct sales efforts for the commerce and analytics team at Google.
In his new role, he will help drive growth of SocialCode’s social ad buying and intelligence platform, which provides marketing and analytics services across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
