Facebook, IPO Among Bing’s Most-Searched Terms Of 2012

Although Mark Zuckerberg doesn’t have the tabloid-turning power of Kim Kardashian or Justin Bieber, Facebook was among Bing’s most-searched terms of the year.

The year isn’t over yet, but that didn’t stop Bing (which has been a solid partner with Facebook) from putting out its annual list.

Facebook topped the list of Bing’s most-searched social networks, with Twitter coming in second, and Facebook-owned Instagram placing sixth:

  4. LinkedIn
  5. Tumblr
  6. Instagram
  7. Reddit
  8. StumbleUpon
  9. Digg
  10. Klout

Facebook’s much-hyped initial public offering was also one of the most-searched news stories of the year:
