Efficient Frontier has made its first acquisition ever, picking up Context Optional for a cool $50 million.

The resulting company can now tout a fuller suite of social media marketing solution, combining Efficient Frontier’s performance marketing system with Context Optional’s Facebook page management platform.

Chief Executive Officer of Efficient Frontier David Karnstedt, enthused in a press release:
