Facebook Tests New About Design For Users With Upgraded Timelines

Facebook has been releasing several small aesthetic changes this week to news feed, but it is also testing some changes on timeline — for the select few who have the newest version. The social network has revamped the “about,” section, giving users more options and allowing them to name shows and movies that they’d want to watch in the future.

Sister site Inside Facebook received these screen shots from reader Matt Navarra, who is one of the select few users with the new timeline design. He told Inside Facebook that he was prompted to “add things you care about to your all-new about page.”

The about section also has new sections for open graph actions, showing which movies and TV shows the user has seen and would like to see in the future.

The likes section got a major renovation. Instead of a list format, likes are now displayed as images.
