Facebook Adds New Real-Time Friend Search

Facebook has updated the way search results are displayed, including how users browse through friend lists.

Now when you click “see more results” in the site’s search field or click on a friend list, you’ll be presented with an interface similar to the News Feed, with all results displaying in one vertical page or modal. Gone are the days of clicking through pages with a maximum display of search results.

Additionally, searching within the friends modal will now update results in real-time, similar to how the site search works as well as Google Instant.

What do you think of the new interface? Let us know in the comments section.
