- Partnership with Heroku for hosting Facebook apps
- HTML5 portal
- Rewritten documentation for Graph API, FQL, and SDK (JavaScript SDK, PHP SDK, iOS SDK, and Android SDK)
Transition to a modern, secure platform:
- Removal of the app directory and app profile pages
- Completed move of legacy authorization to OAuth 2.0 and transitioned to HTTPS
