Facebook For IOS Update Lets Users Choose Album When Uploading Photos

Facebook’s Android application wasn’t the only one to receive a facelift Thursday. The social network also announced that its native iOS app received a slight upgrade, as Facebook improved the speed and offered users the ability to choose an album when uploading photos from their iPhone or iPad.

Now available in the App Store, Facebook for iOS 5.3 includes a quicker-loading news feed. The biggest change is that when a user takes a photo with their mobile device, they can choose an album, instead of just having the photo go into a general mobile uploads album.
