Digital marketing platform provider Thismoment is $7.3 million richer at this moment, having secured its first investment, a deal led by Sierra Ventures.
Thismoment’s flagship offering is its Distributed Engagement Channel platform, which enables marketers to manage content, conversation, and creative assets across multiple channels.
The company boasts more than 100 Fortune 500 brands among its clients, including General Motors, Toyota, Intel, Samsung, Lenovo, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Disney, American Express, Verizon, Pepsi, and Revlon.
Thismoment said it will use the funding to expand its U.S. operations, as well as to establish new offices in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
The proceeds will also accelerate future upgrades to the company’s software and expand Thismoment’s partner network.
As part of the funding round, Mark Fernandes from Sierra Ventures and Fenway Partners managing director Tim Mayhew will join the board at Thismoment.
