Facebook remains the best way for overworked professionals to stay in touch with friends and family, according to a new survey of 952 Americans over the age of 21 conducted by by Polish vodka Ultimat.

While that survey size seems small, the findings are interesting. Ultimat found that:

  • 32 percent of Americans believe a person’s Facebook page is the best indicator about their social lives, topping a calendar for the upcoming month (22 percent), and credit-card statements (14 percent).
  • 40 percent of respondents aged 21 through29 stated the above about Facebook feeds, while the number slipped to 30 percent for those 30 and over.
