The Make-A-Wish Foundation is going old-school for its holiday campaign on Facebook.

The nonprofit organization elected to bypass contemporary Facebook strategies such as user-generated content, contests, and incentive prizes, in favor of good, old-fashioned storytelling.

Make-A-Wish teamed up with Bulbstorm on Season of Wishes — Giving Back on Facebook, which tells the detailed, individual stories of children combating diseases, what they wish for, and why, and allows Facebook users to make donations in honor of specific wishes.
