Facebook Messenger For IOS Gets Stickers, Swipe-To-Delete Feature

Stickers are spreading through Facebook’s applications. Facebook updated its Messenger for iOS app Monday, adding stickers and  the ability to swipe to delete conversations. Stickers were previously available on the main Facebook for iOS app, but now they’ve been added to the stand-alone Messenger app.

Stickers are very popular in Asian messaging apps and are even a revenue generator for some companies. However, currently, the stickers (basically supersized emoji) Facebook offers are free.

Facebook also added a feature that it previously removed. Once again, Facebook Messenger for iOS users can now delete conversations (not individual messages) with a swipe.
