Just days after officially rolling out Messenger for Windows, Facebook has begun prompting people to install the application.
Some Facebook users who are running Windows 7 are seeing a prompt in the bottom, right-hand corner of their home pages.
The prompt asks users if they want to install Facebook Messenger for Window. Clicking yes leads to a guide through the installation process.
The app was made available to the public at the end of December, and officially launched Monday.
