Facebook appears to be testing subtle variations of its plugin for websites to let readers share links on the social network.

The test versions subtly encourage multiple shares of a link, by leaving open the popup window that results from clicking the button.

We’ve also seen the addition of a pulldown menu letting you choose whether to share to your own profile or one of the pages you administer, all without having to go back to Facebook to change how you’re logged in.
