A whopping 93 percent of Facebook users have made or received shopping recommendations this holiday season, a figure much higher than what we’ve seen previously.

That comes from an online survey conducted by Mr Youth, which also found that 38 percent of Facebook users posted on a brand page during the three weeks leading up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. However, brands only respond to 55 percent of potential customers’ posts on the social network (uh, oh!).
