Facebook added in the Newsroom post:

FbStart is a program that provides developers with free tools and services to help with everything they need to get their apps up and running. More than 1,000 startups have joined the program since we launched it at F8, and along with our partners, we’ve more than doubled the value of services that new startups can receive — now up to $63,000 for Accelerate companies, and $24,000 for Bootstrap companies.

This week, FbStart is kicking off a tour across 10 cities in the U.S. and Europe. Facebook engineers and product managers will cover best practices for all stages of app growth and development, whether it’s building, growing or monetizing apps.

We’re excited to meet with promising mobile developers around the world to provide feedback and services. To learn more about joining the FbStart program, go here, and to meet with us on the tour, go here.
