HTC Myst #UL Joins Long List Of Rumored Facebook Phones

While Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has repeatedly done his part to quell rumors of a Facebook phone, he has no control over rumblings about third-party vendors like HTC — hence the latest Facebook phone rumor, via Unwired View, involving the HTC Myst #UL, formerly known as the HTC Opera.

According to Unwired View, the Myst will arrive in the U.S. this spring, and the Android phone will feature a new version of the Facebook Android application, Facebook Messenger for Android, and Instagram, all preloaded.

Other specs of the Myst include, as reported by Unwired View:

  • 1.5-gigahertz dual-core MSM8960 SoC (system on chip).
  • 1 gigabyte of random-access memory.
  • 16 GB of storage.
  • Android Jelly Bean.
  • A 4.3-inch, 720p display with 320 PPI (pixels per inch) pixel density.
  • Dual 5-megapixel/1.6-MP cameras.
  • Bluetooth 4.0.
  • 802.11 a/b/g/n.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • LTE.
  • Category 14 HSDPA (high-speed downlink packet access).
