SocialbakersMarch2014InfographicTeaser650The top 20 brands on Facebook boasted an average of 14,499,364 likes at the end of March and averaged 52 posts for the month, according to the most recent statistics from social media analytics platform Socialbakers.

Socialbakers also found that:

  • The top industry in terms of Facebook likes for the second consecutive month was retail food, at 175,770,748.
  • Walmart remained the top brand on the social network in terms of likes, with 31,970,060.
  • Disney also held on to the title of top media brand, with 11,913,595 likes.
  • The top brand in terms of Facebook post engagement rate was Durex USA, at 7.32 percent.
  • T-Mobile USA held onto its spot atop Socialbakers’ Socially Devoted list for March, with a score of 1,044.
