Facebook board member Jim Breyer of Accel Partners sold 2.52 million Facebook shares, netting him $74.1 million, according to reports.
Bloomberg cited a Securities and Exchange Commission filing in reporting the sale, adding that Breyer still holds more than 19 million shares in the social network.
Breyer also sold 3,563,387 class-A Facebook shares at a weighted average price of $22.7736 per share at or around Oct. 25.
