Facebook and social customer-experience provider Lithium Technologies promoted Misha Logvinov to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief customer officer.

Logvinov had been chief information officer, and he will continue to lead Lithium’s support and business systems, information technology, and customer operations groups.

In his new role, Logvinov will add oversight of the company’s entire customer value chain, working closely with its worldwide sales and services organization.

Logvinov reports to President and CEO Rob Tarkoff, who said:
