Following last week’s announcement of an expanded partnership with customer-relationship-management system SugarCRM, social analytics and engagement solutions provider NextPrinciples Tuesday named SugarCRM as one of three new customers for its Insight-to-Action platform, joined by Marathon Sports and IT World Canada.
Insight-to-Action allows NextPrinciples clients to integrate social interactions and analytics into existing CRM systems, like that of SugarCRM, using that combination for customer care, event and campaign management, and sales lead generation.
SugarCRM said it will use Insight-to-Action for ongoing community management across its various social properties, and CRM Evangelist Martin Schneider added:
We are using Insight-to-Action to monitor and measure the reach, engagement, and impact of campaigns and events. Having social tools integrated directly into SugarCRM allows marketing, sales, and support professionals to quickly identify and take action around brand-related activity across a wide mix of social channels.
Latin America sportswear retailer Marathon Sports will use the platform to learn customer preferences and measure metrics to analyze the impact of activities across its many social channels.
And publisher IT World Canada will use NextPrinciples to provide tools for Visability, its inbound marketing arm, with President and Publisher Fawn Annan adding:
