Facebook Offers Now Available To Smaller, Local Businesses In Beta Test

Smaller and local businesses will finally gain access to Facebook Offers, as the social network announced the beta launch of the feature in the U.S. today on a self-serve basis.

Facebook Offers were introduced at the Facebook Marketing Conference in New York Feb. 29, but only select businesses in the U.S. could access the feature.

The social network then announced a limited beta test in mid-April, in conjunction with its acquisition of rewards startup Tagtile.

Outside of the U.S., a limited number of pages in New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and Turkey began beta-testing the feature last month.
