Report: Coca-Cola Added Most Facebook Likes In August

Users of Facebook and other social networks were thirsty for Coca-Cola in August, as the beverage giant sat atop the growth list for the Optim.al Index for the month, along with pulling in the most likes for the month.

In fact, not only did Coca-Cola top both lists, but it was the only brand to appear on both lists.

Optim.al is one of two companies, along with Nanigans, that are real-time bidding partners in Facebook Exchange, as well as Facebook ads application-programming-interface partners.

The top 25 brands for August in terms of growth on the Optim.al Index were:
