PastBook’s Filepicker.io Integration Eases Process Of Converting Facebook Content To Books

PastBook, one of several companies that allow Facebook users to publish their content on the social network in actual books, announced the integration of Filepicker.io into its book-creation wizard, making it easier for users to select content for their books.

PastBook users will now be able to search for content on their social networks based on time range, friends, Facebook albums, or Instagram hashtags, and photos can now be imported from users’ devices, as well as from sources including Dropbox, Picasa, and Flickr.

Founder Stefano Cutello said:

We spoke to people on the streets; moms, students, photographers, travelers, etc. A lot of people (including myself) want to print their photos into an album, but don’t have the time or patience to play around with layouts and titles and captions. It scares them, so they avoid doing it. PastBook makes the process so easy, so quick and effortless through our autofill system, and the results are as beautiful and high-quality as if you custom made it yourself.

Readers: Have you ever used PastBook or any of the other companies that turn social network content into actual books?
