‘Every Day with Rachael Ray’ Offers Grilling Cookbook Via Facebook For Memorial Day

Facebook users who are planning to fire up the grill this Memorial Day weekend but haven’t quite decided what to cook can turn to Rachael Ray for some inspiration.

Food magazine Every Day with Rachael Ray made its Summer Grilling Hot List cookbook available for download via its Facebook page, featuring recipes including salmon steaks with grilled pineapple and corn, stuffed pork chops and chicken, and plum and red onion kebabs.

Grill-Out Faves, available for download via the Every Day with Rachael Ray website, adds more recipes from the magazine, including sweet tart ribs and potato-zucchini boats, and ginger-peach ice cream in grilled peach cups.

Every Day with Rachael Ray Editor-In-Chief Lauren Purcell said:

The free cookbook program is the first of many aimed at engaging our growing digital audience. Grilling is one of our most popular topics, and we’re thrilled to give readers these free recipes and tips as they kick off the season for backyard barbecues and outdoor entertaining.
