The changes and tweaks to the process of advertising on Facebook continue, with some users seeing a redesigned start screen for the social network’s ad manager.

The new start screen displays a message saying that Facebook’s goals-focused redesign of its advertising is now live, along with a link to a page on the social network’s help center titled, “What’s changed with how I create Facebook ads and sponsored stories?”
