Sheryl Sandberg, David Fischer Sell Facebook Shares

WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer sold off some of their holdings in the company.

Sandberg reported in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that she sold 278,434 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $57.8763 per share, and another 4,900 shares at $58.442 apiece. She now holds 10,590,171 shares in the company.

And Fischer sold two blocks of 18,000 Facebook class-A common shares, at $57.59 and $58.66, respectively. He now holds 465,485 shares.
