WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer, Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal, VP and General Counsel Colin Stretch, and Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer all exercised restricted stock units and sold off shares in the company, as reported in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

Fischer exercised 117,945 RSUs that were set to expire May 19, 2020. He then sold 60,634 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $66.8579 per share, leaving him with a total of 522,796 shares in the company.

Ebersman exercised 112,500 RSUs that were set to expire Oct. 25, 2019. He then sold 58,714 class-A shares at $66.8552. Ebersman now holds 340,131 Facebook shares.

Sandberg exercised 43,192 RSUs that were set to expire May 2, 2022, and, after disposing of 22,543 Facebook class-A common shares at $66.931 each, she now holds 10,082,402.

Athwal exercised 7,085 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2020; 517 RSUs that were set to expire May 2, 2022; and 17,805 RSUs that were set to expire May 5, 2023. He then sold 11,610 shares at $66.92 apiece, leaving him with a total of 136,604 class-A common shares in the company.

Stretch exercised 8,335 RSUs that were set to expire May 19, 2020; 7,681 RSUs that were set to expire May 2, 2022; and 6,443 RSUs that were set to expire May 5, 2023. After selling 11,726 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $66.92 per share, he now holds 71,756.

And Schroepfer exercised 18,750 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019. After unloading 9,787 shares at $66.92 apiece, he now holds 341,929 shares in Facebook.
