Sheryl Sandberg Keeps Unloading Facebook Shares

WallStreetStreetsign650Whether Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg is heading to Disney, running for Senate, or staying put at the social network, one story that is most certainly not a rumor is the fact that she continues to sell off shares in the company.

Sandberg revealed in a Form 4 filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that she unloaded another 283,334 shares of Facebook class-A common stock, leaving her with 9,515,734.

Sandberg sold 61,100 shares at $70.4312 per share; 105,500 at $71.722 each; and 116,734 at $72.3223 apiece.

Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer also revealed in a Form 4 filing Wednesday that he sold 25,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $70.75 apiece, and he now holds 241,929 shares in the company.
