Six Top Facebook Execs Report RSU Activity

WallStreetStreetsign650Six Facebook executives reported in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission that they were awarded restricted stock units by the company: Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch, VP of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal.

Sandberg received 208,470 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.

Ebersman exercised 112,500 RSUs that were set to expire Oct. 25, 2019. He then sold 58,714 class-A shares of Facebook common stock at $68.1226, leaving him with a total of 347,117 Facebook shares. Finally, he received 128,290 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.

Schroepfer exercised 18,750 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019. He then sold 9,787 class-A shares at $68.1362. He now holds 250,892 Facebook class-A common shares. Finally, he received 160,360 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.

Stretch received 160,360 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.

Fischer received 104,240 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.

And Athwal received 40,090 RSUs that are set to expire March 16, 2024.
