Sheryl Sandberg’s Facebook Holdings Dip Under 9M Shares

WallStreetStreetsign650Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg’s personal holdings in the company dipped below 9 million shares, as she reported in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that two transactions this week left her with a total of 8,949,066 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.

Sandberg sold 201,234 class-A shares at $62.869 per share, and another 82,100 at $63.45 apiece.

Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman also filed a Form 4 stating that he sold 11,700 shares of class-A common stock at $63.24 each, and another 11,700 at $62.53, leaving him with 300,317 shares in the company.

And Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal reported in a Form 4 that he sold 3,000 shares at $60.49 each, leaving him with 130,623.
