Mark Zuckerberg Converts Nearly 4M Class-B Facebook Shares To Class-A

MarkZuckerbergTechCrunchDisrupt650Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg outlined his shuffling of stock holdings in the company in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The Mark Zuckerberg Trust dated July 7, 2006, converted 3,999,000 class-B shares in Facebook to shares of class-A common stock.

It then gifted 1,333,000 each to The Mark Zuckerberg 2014 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust No. 1, dated May 8, 2014; The Mark Zuckerberg 2014 GRAT No. 2, dated May 8, 2014; and The Mark Zuckerberg 2014 GRAT No. 3, dated May 8, 2014, each of which now hold 1,333,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.

The Mark Zuckerberg Trust dated July 7, 2006 now holds 241 shares.
