Mike Schroepfer, Chris Cox, Colin Stretch Sell Off Facebook Shares

WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, Chief Product Officer Chris Cox, and Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch detailed their sales of stock in the company in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

Schroepfer exercised 20,000 restricted stock units that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019. He then sold 20,000 shares of class-A common stock in Facebook at $63.53 per share, leaving him with a total of 182.485 shares in the company.

In addition, the Clover Irrevocable Nonexempt Trust exercised 20,000 RSUs that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and it now holds 63,940 Facebook class-A common shares. Schroepfer and Erin Hoffmann are co-trustees.

Cox sold 5,435 class-A shares at $62.7613 apiece, leaving him with a total of 574,851.

And Stretch disposed of 5,000 shares at $65 each. He now holds 58,328 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
