Peter Thiel-Led Funds Dispose of All Facebook Shares

WallStreetNYSE650Two funds managed by Facebook Director Peter Thiel disposed of all of their class-A common shares in Facebook, Thiel reported in a Form 4 filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Founders Fund IV sold 318,451 Facebook class-A common shares at $74.02 per share, and another 56,226 at $74.71 each, and it no longer holds any shares in the company.

And The Founders Fund IV Principals Fund sold 100,800 class-A shares at $74.01 each, and another 19,473 at $74.73, also leaving it with no Facebook shares.

Thiel also filed a Form 4/A with the SEC Tuesday, reporting 3,745 shares of Facebook class-A common stock that he failed to include in an earlier Form 4.
