David Ebersman, Mike Schroepfer Exercise Facebook Restricted Stock Units

Facebook continued to keep the Securities and Exchange Commission busy late last week, with Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman and Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer submitting Form 4 filings late Friday disclosing their exercising of restricted stock units and, in the case of Ebersman, selling off shares.

Ebersman exercised 112,500 RSUs that were set to expire Oct. 25, 2019, and, following the withholding of 58,703 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 53,797 shares of class-A common stock.

He also sold two blocks of 11,700 class-A shares in the company, at $36.83 and $36.36 per share, respectively, and Ebersman now holds 78,468 Facebook shares.

Schroepfer exercised 18,750 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019, and, following the withholding of 9,784 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 8,966 shares of class-A common stock. He now holds 681,970 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
