Sheryl Sandberg, David Fischer Continue Selling Shares In Facebook

Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and Chief Marketing Officer David Fischer continued to unload Facebook shares as the social network’s stock price remained in the low $40s.

In a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday, Sandberg declared the sale of 169,756 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $43.6913 each, and she now holds 12,293,263.

The Sheryl K. Sandberg 2008 Annuity Trust also disposed of 6,696 shares at $43.6946 apiece, and it now holds 1,684,630.

Meanwhile, Fischer sold two blocks of 12,000 shares apiece, at $44.25 and $43.38, respectively, and he now holds 541,082 Facebook class-A common shares.
