Mike Schroepfer, Colin Stretch, Mark Zuckerberg Detail Facebook Stock Transactions

DifferentStockCertificatesFacebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch, and Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg submitted Form 4 filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday detailing their Facebook stock transactions.

Schroepfer exercised 19,615 restricted stock units that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and, following the withholding of 10,236 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 9,379 shares of class-A common stock. Schroepfer now holds 631,641 shares

Stretch sold 2,397 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $49.95, and he now holds 54,141.

And the Mark Zuckerberg Trust received 37 shares of Facebook class-A common stock from KPCB Digital Growth Fund. It now holds 217 shares.
