What Did Facebook’s Board Of Directors Reveal In Their SEC Filings?

WallStreet650Members of Facebook’s board of directors disclosed their trading activities involving the company’s stock in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

Marc Andreessen, Erskine Bowles, Susan Desmond-Hellmann, Donald Graham, Reed Hastings, and Peter Thiel each reported the following identical transactions: They each exercised 7,742 restricted stock units that were set to expire May 14, 2023, leaving each with a total of 7,742 Facebook class-A common shares.

In addition, Graham transferred 38,124 shares of Facebook class-A common stock to Donald E. Graham and Daniel L. Mosley as trustees, which now holds 636,041 shares.
