David Ebersman Unloads 900K+ Facebook Shares

WallStreet650Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off more than 900,000 shares in the company, and Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch also disposed of some shares, but his total was far below that of Ebersman, according to the two executives’ Form 4 filings Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ebersman revealed in his Form 4 that the Ebersman Family Trust UA transferred 1.4 million shares of Facebook class-A common stock to Ebersman, and the trust now holds 318,924 shares.

He then sold 494,399 shares at $46.5467 apiece, and another 417,301 at $47.0183 each, and Ebersman now holds 650,962 class-A common shares in Facebook.

Meanwhile, Stretch sold 2,977 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $46 each, and he now holds 41,858.
