David Ebersman, Mike Schroepfer, Colin Stretch Exercise Facebook Restricted Stock Units

WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, and Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch submitted Form 4 filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday detailing their exercising of restricted stock units and, in the case of Schroepfer, the sale of shares.

Ebersman exercised 112,500 RSUs that were set to expire Oct. 25, 2019, and, following the withholding of 58,703 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 53,797 shares of class-A common stock. He now holds 200,056 shares in the company.

Schroepfer exercised 18,750 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019, and, following the withholding of 9,784 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 8,966 shares of class-A common stock.

Schroepfer then sold 25,000 class-A common Facebook shares at $53.25 apiece, and he now holds 592,918.

And Stretch exercised 8,330 RSUs that were set to expire May 19, 2020, and, following the withholding of 4,347 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 3,983 shares of class-A common stock. He now holds 49,826 Facebook shares.
