WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Director Marc Andreessen detailed their sales of Facebook shares as part of the company’s secondary offering in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, while Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off some shares in two transactions that were unrelated to the secondary offering.

Zuckerberg converted 41,350,000 class-B Facebook shares to shares of class-A common stock in the company, and then included them in the offering, which was priced at $55.05 per share. He personally now holds no class-A shares in the company (his holdings are part of various trusts).

Andreessen sold 1,645,239 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at the secondary offering price of $55.05 each. He now holds 1,610,920.

And Ebersman sold 11,700 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $55.50 apiece, and another 11,700 at $58.27 each. He now holds 176,656 shares in the company.
