David Ebersman Exercises Stock Options; Jas Athwal Sells Facebook Shares

WallStreetNYSE650Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman exercised an option to purchase class-B shares and converted them to class-A, while Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal sold off some shares, according to form 4 filings Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ebersman exercised an option expiring Oct. 25, 2019, to purchase 123,680 class-B shares in Facebook, and then converted those shares to class-A. He now holds 300,336 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.

And Athwal sold 500 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $58.32. He now holds 149,079 shares.
