SEC Filings: Sheryl Sandberg, Ted Ullyot, David Fischer, Jas Athwal Unload More Facebook Stock

Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, former General Counsel Ted Ullyot, Chief Marketing Officer David Fischer, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal declared their sales of Facebook shares this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sandberg sold 169,756 Facebook class-A shares at $23.54 apiece, and she still holds 15,507,638. In addition, the Sheryl K. Sandberg 2008 Annuity Trust sold 6,696 shares at $23.54 each, and it still holds 1,724,806 shares.

Ullyot sold 34,180 shares at $24.25 each, and he still holds 490,222 shares. In addition, the Ullyot 2012 Irrevocable Trust, in which he and his wife, Jennifer L. Ullyot, are co-trustees, sold 9,800 shares at $24.25, and still holds 186,200.

Fischer sold 12,000 shares at $24.02 each, as well as 12,000 shares at $24.16 apiece, and he still holds 556,681 shares.

And Athwal unloaded 125 shares at $24.16, and still holds 174,902.
