More Exercised Restricted Stock Units, Share Sales By Facebook Executives

Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, outgoing Vice President and General Counsel Ted Ullyot, Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal kept busy during this holiday-shortened work week, disclosing their exercising of restricted stock units and sales of Facebook stock in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Schroepfer exercised 24,960 RSUs that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and, following the withholding of 13,025 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 11,935 shares of class-A common stock.

In a separate transaction, he exercised 19,615 RSUs that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and, following the withholding of 10,236 class-A shares, he received 9,379 shares.

Finally, Schroepfer sold 45,000 shares at $24.8256 apiece, and he still holds 1,092,723.

Ullyot exercised 53,860 RSUs that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and, following the withholding of 28,105 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 25,755 shares of class-A common stock, giving him a total of 481,797.

Ebersman sold 11,700 Facebook class-A shares at $24.70 apiece, and another 11,700 at $24.22 each, and he still holds 2,268,088 shares.

And Athwal exercised 3,335 RSUs that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019, and, following the withholding of 1,741 class-A shares, he received 1,594.

Athwal also sold 125 Facebook class-A shares at $24.22 each, and he now holds 176,121.
