Songza, a music-streaming application for the iPhone and iPad, is in tune with Facebook, as its iPhone app has soared from 7,000 daily active Facebook users to 112,000 in the past week, with each Facebook-connected user generating more than one referral visit.

Songza’s newly released iPad app became the No. 1 free app for the Apple tablet on iTunes, and its iPhone app sits at No. 2, but it is the top free music app for both devices.

Songza CEO Elias Roman said:
