Tabfusion Brings Check-In To Facebook Pages

Facebook tab application developer Tabfusion is bringing a little foursquare-like flavor to timeline for pages with its newest app, which allows users to check in to pages.

Tabfusion said that each time a Facebook user checks in with its new Check In app, that user can leave a comment along with the check-in post, and a post on that user’s wall is automatically generated, including a link to the page, which should boost visitors.

The developer added that Check In is part of a new app category that it is calling business apps, which will likely cost page managers $300 per year, adding that similar apps are on the way that will allow users to check in with photo and video attachments.
