The holiday shopping season often means new devices in the hands of users, and Facebook took steps to help developers get their applications onto those new devices with improvements to its mobile app ads in the areas of buying, creative and targeting options.
Facebook is overhauling its support system for its Preferred Marketing Developers, announcing that in the next week, support queries will be routed through its Support Dashboard, rather than via PMD Support Forms.
News first surfaced in March about Facebook’s Business Manager, which was described as a single interface for enterprises and agencies to manage multiple ad campaigns and pages. The social network then announced in April that it was expanding the availability of Business Manager, but details about the tool have been scant, until now.
