Facebook Settlement Was 'Overly Charitable'

Normally, when a class-action law suit gets settled, that’s the end of it, but when Facebook recently made a settlement in a privacy suit, they were criticized for being overly generous.
Inevitable Class Action Suit Goes After Facebook Scammers

Over five months after we first started covering some of the aggressive advertisements on Facebook, a class action suit is being filed on behalf of the users who were victims of reverse mobile billing scams.
