The website for cooking application iGrill normally gets about 70,000 visitors per month. Then Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg posted about it on his page. The response crashed the server of iGrill’s parent site, iDevices, with more than 1,000 visits per minute. The company, which recently added Facebook integration, joined SongPop in the ranks of Zuckerberg-approved products.
Social recipe network Foodily announced the launch of its tastemaker team of chefs, authors, celebrities, and health experts, and Facebook users will have easy access to their content via the Foodily Facebook or iPhone applications or Foodily.com.
