Facebook Weekly Highlights features photos and videos posted to the social network by celebrities and athletes. This week’s edition featured the photo to the left of Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker bundled up for hunting; as well as the photo atop the post, of Jack Osbourne after making it to the finals of ABC’s hit reality-competition show, “Dancing with the Stars.”

Pretty much everyone has been guilty at one time or another of posting a cheesy, inspirational Facebook status update. Rainn Wilson, known for playing Dwight Schrute on the U.S. version of popular television show “The Office,” wants to put a stop to the cheese. In a YouTube video, he counters happy-go-lucky Facebook status updates with cold, hard facts. He’s not doing it to be mean, but rather in an effort to stop malaria deaths in Africa, in a partnership with CollegeHumor.
